FACILITIES

OUR AWARD WINNING MARINAS OFFER

TOP QUALITY FACILITIES DURING YOUR STAY

Poole Quay Boat Haven and Port of Poole Marina offer 200 berths over two award winning sites. The marinas provide berthing for 110 vessels on an annual basis and 90 vessels as short term lets or visitor berthing. We can accommodate visiting vessels of up to 70 metres in length by prior arrangement. Please contact us as soon as possible if you do require a large berth to enable us to plan accordingly.

BOOKINGS

Our visitor berths are very popular over the summer months so we recommend that you contact us in advance to book a berth.  You have until midday on the booked day of arrival to cancel a berth should you have any problems getting to us.

Please call us on VHF 80 (call sign ‘Poole Quay Boat Haven’) or 01202 649488 when you are nearing the marina and staff will advise you of the berth number then. Berths will not be allocated until the day of arrival. Visitors who haven't pre-booked may sometimes be offered a berth at Port of Poole Marina if the Boat Haven is fully booked.

The Town Quay is used as an overflow if both marinas are full, but please note that this is not always available due to visiting naval or commercial vessels, or training ships. Water is not available on Town Quay but vessels wishing to fill up can contact the marina staff who will arrange a temporary berth in the marina to collect water.

ARRIVAL

Your berth should be available from 12 noon for arrival. We request that upon arrival all owners report to reception before going ashore as this allows staff to check your vessel in and take your contact details. Please confirm your expected length of stay when checking in. If you decide to stay at the Haven for more days than originally booked, please advise staff as soon as possible to avoid disrupting other arrivals and berth allocations.

DEPARTURE

Please vacate your berth by 1200 midday. If you wish to stay later, you may be requested to move your vessel to a position nearer to the office for a 'short stay' and will be charged according to the size of your vessel.

SWINGING MOORINGS

Swinging moorings are available from 1st April until the 31st October and are located in the Wych Channel on the northern side of Brownsea Island. We have moorings for vessels of up to 20m in length & up to 3m draft. A free water taxi service is included (weather & daylight dependent), along with free parking at Port of Poole Marina. Moorings are also available for daily hire from £30 per night, subject to availability.

Please note that top gear is
